Our properties are ideal for extended stays, whether you’re relocating, here for work, between homes, or traveling with family. You’ll have the space, privacy, and comfort most hotels just can’t offer.
What’s included in the home?
Every property is fully furnished and move-in ready. That means:
Clean linens and towels
Fully equipped kitchen
Free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs
Washer and dryer
Basic starter supplies (soap, paper goods, etc.)
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A modest pet fee applies, and we ask that you review our pet policy for breed restrictions.
Is there parking?
Absolutely. All of our properties include private driveways with free parking for at least 2 vehicles.
How does check-in work?
We offer easy, contactless check-in. You’ll receive your access code and welcome instructions 24 hours before arrival.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
We try to accommodate when possible! Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best. Availability depends on the cleaning schedule between guests.
Can I tour the property before booking?
We provide detailed walkthrough videos and photos on each listing page. If you still have questions, we’re happy to hop on a call and walk you through the space virtually.
What if something comes up during my stay?
We’re just a message or phone call away. Whether it’s a quick question or a maintenance issue, we’re local and responsive — and we’ll take care of it.
Do you offer corporate or monthly rates?
